| Praise the Lord, Matt has quit smoking, he has officially not smoked for 11 days and that is huge for someone who smoked two packs a day. I pray that God continues to work in his heart and I pray that Matt continues to draw closer to Him. Turns out matt did not go to Seattle, but to Springfield, MO. He does not care for this job much but is pushing on through till he gets his money back. The day he left I recieved a huge vase of flowers and I was very very shocked to find them at my dorm door. Apparently matt got mono, and the only guess is that I had it and didn't know that time i had a bad throat comming back from PA, and supposedly I gave it to him. I went to Kristi Sluka's Baby Shower for Christopher, Oh my word never seen so many baby boy clothes. The baby room is so cute, it made me want to be a mommy. Everything was so right and perfect I almost wanted to cry. School is consuming ... NO HOMEWORK is consuming my life. I finally got my TV hooked up, and last night was the first I watched anything on it. Oh, this is going to be rough! I really do want to do well, but struggling with time so much, since there is so much required to read that I can't just blow off and being a slow reader this is very bad news! | | |
| Alright so i am done with documenting everyday that i spend with matt. The summer is officially gone and I must say its been one of the best of my life. The best part was have almost no drama. come to think of it there really isn't much drama in my life during summers anyways. So now the time has come where I am back at huntington. I will have to do a little more unpacking but for the most part i am good. My nails are growing and to me that is a sign of not stressing. Here is a thanks to Jamie for making a wonderful last week experience possible before school started. A vacation to the lake brought laughter and bonding. The rough start had me a little nervous, specifically the exploding sewage water and all. The request to visit my home has been fulfilled. As happy it has made me and regardless how tired she might be i hope it comes to pass again. Matt will be leaving in a week and once again my life routine will change. | | |
| So, I got to have lots of reflection time today, I wish I could have just had something to write all that stuff I thought about down earlier. Oh well, Oh hell, Hey lets pitch a tent, like camping?... LOL So, did you know... I might have TB? So, did you know I was a Zombie yesterday? Boys, Boys, Boys...... Oh, the guys in my life...... Oh, the man who will save me! | | |
| Washington D.C. was wonderful! If only I hadnt deleted all joanna's pics from her camera. OH well, Britt still has a lot of great ones. I had my first dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. I all through my head of the memories from my eighth grade trip to D.C. I at first thought the washington monument would have been bigger. I learned lots of interesting useless knowledge facts while I was there on the 8 hour tour. I got to see Degas, Renoir, Monet, and other great artists work. I could have spent a whole day at the museums. Thanks to Joanna G parents I was able to go to Baltimore the last day there, we went to Hard Rock cafe and the National Aquarium. There are many pictures on britts facebook if you are interested. There is always more I could say but I am done for now. What has really been on my mind is making me lonely.... so say a little prayer for that. | | |
